To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佐敦的一間日本居酒屋小店,之前已光顧了很多次今次再去剛好看見新鮮刺身,剛到店,於是點了螺片,約四百元 一顆。切片之後發覺肉質很鮮甜。另外,那個腐皮溫泉蛋亦都是十分讚賞的,腐皮外脆溫泉蛋在裏面是流質的。十分好味!很好奇,於是問了店員是如何製作,希望可以在家中嘗試一下,但他們說原來是腐皮裏面有溫泉蛋,然後拿去炸,這個操作應該比較困難,還是去吃比較好,只是48元。他們off menu的清酒不定期供應,點了一個六百多元的試一試,這個味道辛口,有米味,配搭居酒屋的食品來吃,也是不錯,大家可以看看相片記一下名字。而另外想推介的就是雞泡魚乾,比出面一般貴,要百多元。但是這個雞泡魚乾比較厚身,而味道也是特別好味,燒得剛好,夠乾,不黏牙。
