道鮨一直是我想吃的餐廳,店舖裝潢一邊是COUNTER枱, 另一邊是普通枱,日式裝潢,感覺舒服今天沒有吃OMAKASE套餐,選擇了單點,前菜是鰯魚棒, 焗成乾身的鰯魚棒, 口感香脆, 配酒一流,柚子醋蟹肉沙律有很多蟹肉,加上冰菜一起吃,十分爽口又清新,適合在夏天吃,5款刺身:深海池魚,金目鯛,牡丹蝦,赤貝,海膽全都是厚切刺身,咬入口特別滿足,赤貝很新鮮爽口,海膽清甜Creamy,牡丹蝦大隻,舞茸有淡淡的菇味,銀雪魚肉質很滑,配西京汁惹味海膽手卷有很多海膽,喜歡海膽的人一定要試,獅子唐辛子天婦羅不辣,炸粉薄薄的,最後是壽喜燒,汁是甜甜的,蔬菜也變得很甜,
