Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣好熱，竟然有凍烏冬，簡直正到無朋友！雞肉冷烏冬定食$82 （日本悠然雞）成個定食跟menu相一樣，一啖已經食得出係日本雞，跟本地係唔同，煮得好柔軟好嫩，面頭本來以為係辣椒油，心諗死啦，落咁多實辣到不得了，所以第一時間撥開左，後來發現係炸蒜加辣椒油渣，一點都唔辣，仲好香，放少少同雞肉夾住食好香口另外係有一兜麻醬，加埋落撈烏冬味道更加美味，再加少少炸蒜辣椒，而烏冬唔係我地平時食開果隻咁滑咁粗，口感係實在有咬口而且幼d配菜有牛油果，青瓜絲及車厘茄切片，配牛油果係新穎，切粒好過做醬，真係食到牛油果嘅味道，車茄厘新鮮定食之中仲有沙律，昆布湯，凍荔枝紅茶，極少甜，非常喜歡加$18/2件芝麻雞翼，係抵架（正價3件$42），雞翼一貫水準，炸得脆卜卜總括無論present，配搭，味道我係滿意，惟獨是要挑剔係個炸蒜辣椒油應該另上，我可控制份量，不過亦明白係特色，因為夾住雞食係一絕，呢個係我自己問題
