To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係上環搵lunch食～見到有間日本料理好似唔錯咁～再搵openrice睇下食評都幾好,所以就去左食喇～不過周圍因為好多商廈,所以lunch time都好多人,所以最好訂位就唔洗等位啦～原來呢間野係社企餐廳,部分既收入會捐比一間非牟利機構幫助好多有困難的家庭同埋兒童～所以為左推廣呢樣行為,就決定寫第一篇既openrice食評喇～叫左一個壽司定食（260蚊）同埋一個滑蛋吉列黑豚飯定食（190蚊）都好足料下,相對之下價錢都算合理～壽司定食既刺身好新鮮～滑蛋吉列黑豚飯定食既份量好大,又好好食！即刻覺得190蚊唔係一個問題=]下次黎可以試下海鮮煲同魚生飯 ^^整體黎講係上環區既lunch唔算太貴,可以試下,下次都會再黎食其他野=]

同埋一個滑蛋吉列黑豚飯定食（190蚊）

都好足料下,相對之下價錢都算合理～

滑蛋吉列黑豚飯定食既份量好大,又好好食！即刻覺得190蚊唔係一個問題=]

下次黎可以試下海鮮煲同魚生飯 ^^

整體黎講係上環區既lunch唔算太貴,可以試下,下次都會再黎食其他野=]
