To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

初見位於荃灣海壩街，近愉景新城。附近都有幾間不同款式的餐廳，朋友話想食日本野，見餐廳環境不錯，以簡約木系裝修，有草木作裝飾，樓底高，坐得舒服。睇餐牌見食物的種類多，價錢合理，就入去試下。朋友點了一個三式刺身丼，有三文魚、吞拿魚蓉和松葉蟹肉。份量都算多，刺身新鮮，飯底是撈紫菜，飯不添加醬油都夠味。漢堡包配薯條麵包烘過微脆，手打牛肉口感結實，牛味濃又juicy。漢煲包裡夾住生菜、番茄，口感層次更加豐富。薯條是粗薯條，即叫即炸勁脆口，很不錯。炸薯餅喜歡外脆內軟綿綿，啖啖薯蓉味，非常好吃。
