位於旺角嘅「鮪世市場」真係一間值得一試既日本料理。就開係旺角,人流多,質素有保證。而講到「鮪」,其實就係我哋平時所講嘅吞拿魚,啫係鮪魚。啲肉質緊實,口感豐富,係海鮮中嘅一哥。鮪世刺身盛 ($298)份量十足,三文魚、油甘魚、特大赤海蝦、帆立貝、鮪魚腩、真鯛,一共十二片刺身,每樣都新鮮嘅好像剛剛從海中捕獲嚟嘅,食落口嘅時候,簡直係海洋嘅味道喺口中綻放。特選本鮪三色丼 ($288)將鮪魚嘅三種部位,赤身、中拖羅同大拖羅,全部包括咗,每一口都能感受到鮪魚嘅肉質同味道之間嘅差異。而且仲有吞拿魚蓉,再配埋用魚湯熬成嘅飯,簡直係一個完美嘅組合。完熟蜜桃梳打 ($25)一個完美嘅收尾,蜜桃嘅甜味同梳打嘅清新氣泡結合,清新爽口,令人一試難忘。
