中環高級鰻魚飯過江龍選用日本直送之新鮮鰻魚製作的炭燒鰻魚料理餐廳,絕對值得去試一試蒲燒鰻魚飯 鰻魚重 $420鰻魚飯即叫即燒,係等既過程已經好期待。我先由尾端食起,因為我覺得呢個位置燒得最脆,果然新鮮鰻魚既口感唔會過份腍,邊條少少焦香非常香口,配上香甜軟糯既米飯相當好味。炭燒熊本A4和牛$188A4和牛只用火燒一燒表面,令其牛油香味四溢,配有生雞蛋黃的醬油黎食,醬油淡香少少甜味,生雞蛋蛋味濃郁又香又滑,配搭的非法好,一定要試。日本和牛牛舌芯 $158牛舌芯口感有咬口得黎又柔嫩,係好多人都好鐘意食既部位,加上日本和牛既級數,不錯不錯。 鰻魚玉子燒師傳加上一串紫蘇花,食既時候輕輕摘下紫蘇花,撒上鰻魚玉子卷,香得來完全唔搶主角,反而帶出另外一種鮮香味。炭家特色沙律 $120配有海膽、牛油果的特色沙律。月見雞肉棒$68厚實既雞肉棒,加上蛋黃食更豐富。
