朋友話帶我去食好嘢,介紹一間正宗日本菜,好多日本人都會去的餐廳一入去就見到好多客人寄存的日本酒,睇得出呢度好多熟客因為成櫃都係龍蝦沙律$88前菜先黎個龍蝦沙律,份量望落唔大,但食落值回票價🥰啖淡龍蝦肉非常爽彈新鮮配上蟹子更加有口感層次燒雞泡魚干$95配酒一流可惜我唔太愛酒, 燒到香味出黎但唔會太乾雜錦刺身$420有六款刺身,款款都好新鮮當然有我最鍾意的海膽,配上青瓜爽口甘甜帶子雖然唔係king size但勝在鮮甜花魚鹽燒$90燒到非常香口,啖啖魚肉帶子牛油燒$100高菜炒飯$90原以為好普通的炒飯,但盡見店家的心思細問之下,先知棄用一般壽司,選用秋田小丁米,食落比較有咬口,唔會太軟林配料選用來自日本的雪菜沒有一般的死咸,加上魚乾仔更加提鮮相對尖沙咀的繁華及貴價餐廳,呢間相對性價比高及。最重要的係沒有急速的限時,可以慢慢坐暢所欲言
