轉季啦,又到購物的時間,今日同朋友黎到銅鑼灣行街買野,轉新裝,行到好攰夠鐘食Lunch, 見到百達中心呢間門口非常日式的燒魚日式專門店,就入黎試下。入面座位大約得10個左右,好彩都仲有位坐。牆上面有穿咗日文餐同痴咗一啲雜誌報道的新聞午市餐牌主要有好多款唔同品類的燒魚揀,價錢由$98至$238都有,午市仲可以免費升級為跟沙律,味噌湯,白飯的御膳套餐,如果晚市就要另加$30鹽燒鯛魚,金目鯛,即叫即燒,不得不佩服師傅的功架,燒得原條形狀固定扭曲,口張大,賣相一流。食落皮更是薄脆,香口,有落少許鹽同香料,肉好豐富飽满,滑身,充滿魚香味鹽燒梭子魚,較長型同圓啲,但肉食落一樣鮮甜,肉質較結實,鹹度適中,送飯一流。
