To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 最近,來到尖沙咀的LCX時,總會看見有一間名叫溫野菜的火鍋店門外堆滿了等待的客人,店內主打由日本直送的日本蔬菜。打開餐牌一看,無論食物款式及湯底都令人目不暇給,令人興奮。 除了主餐牌的單點食物外,還有定食套餐可選,是日選了定食B及D,兩者的分別就是一個是肉食餐,另一個是素食餐。 定食D就是那一個素食餐,前菜可由甘味泡菜或黑糖蠶豆及鹽醬麻香椰菜,蠶豆帶上黑糖的甜美,麻香椰菜正好來開開胃,夠爽脆。 主角當然落在野菜盛合上,共有十一款日本直送的蔬菜。林林總總的蔬菜分別是舞茸、啡金菇、金菇、本菇、生菜、水菜、蘿蔔、甘筍絲、椰菜、洋蔥及薯仔。當中的確有幾款較少有,但亦不算罕見。以水菜來作火鍋真是吸引,也不要忘了薯仔,薯仔香氣濃厚,煮久了亦夠爽口。 另外,還有炸豆腐年糕、年糕片、白飯或烏冬、甜品及飲品。很喜歡炸豆腐年糕,有點像豆卜,可是卻釀入了年糕,有趣有趣。我們兩個都選上了有機豆乳作湯底,豆味香濃,又香又滑,如果短時間不攪動一下湯底,面層更有機會結出一層腐皮來,證明豆乳是非常濃郁的。定食B的前菜可由味付鵪鶉蛋或辣醬芝士選擇,小弟則選擇了辣醬芝士,辣度一點也不重,但卻與芝士很匹配,有點點辣腐乳的味

肉料中有四款,分別是鹿兒島黑毛和牛肩脊肉、美國上級牛肋肉、美國牛肋肉及熊本豚腩肉。
很有趣的美國上級牛肋肉的油花居然比黑毛和牛的更為平均,不過和牛的質感卻是較為軟滑一點的,而肉香及油香則是上級牛肋肉勝一籌。其實,豚腩肉也是不錯的,很軟滑,肉香又濃。

除了肉食外,還有松葉蟹腳,份量都不少,共有兩隻蟹腳及半個蟹身,輕輕灼一灼,鮮甜無比。

當然還有野菜五品盛合、蔥竹輪卷、自家製福袋年糕、竹筒免治雞像及白飯或是烏冬。
當中對那個竹筒免治雞有讚無彈,雞肉混入了少許雞軟骨,增加了爽口的質感。

最後,還有飲品及甜品,小弟選上了一球雪糕來作結。
 
整體感覺不錯,日本直送的蔬菜的確是有所不同,如果喜歡火鍋的朋友,是值得一試的。
