Restaurant: Mu Sa Shi Ya Ma

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

絕對係一間好有心既小店,人手唔多,所以可能會等耐少少日本老細會好熱心咁介紹唔同既野比你食,而且老細Ｄ廣東話仲好好添而且食物質素對得住價錢,唔講咁多,去片$90蚊左右, 好似係大牙魚刺身, 食落幾鮮味同平時食開果D魚刺身唔同$48, 腐皮溫泉蛋, 腐皮岩岩炸起脆卜卜加埋蔥花同溫泉蛋好夾$298, 刺身拼盤, 唔講三文魚,甜蝦同油甘魚, 中間果兩舊拖羅真係好食, 另外果隻唔知咩魚都唔錯(唔記得問)，不過賣相可以再好Ｄ$70左右, 武藏山炒飯，幾惹味不過油略多埋單兩人$650, 食左1串牛舌串燒, 一隻活赤貝,一客大牙魚刺身,刺身拼盤,炒飯,腐皮溫泉蛋會再黎試下其他特別野
