To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 男友說去「尚膳」吃飯,心裡很狐疑,明明舊年已經去過呀,不就是在海運那間吃潮州菜的嗎? 男友說不是。那應該是韓國菜了吧? 因為名字實在很韓風呀! 男友同樣搖搖頭。被帶到來上環,站在尚善門口,才知道原來是日本料理店。店內裝潢以木材為主,感覺很簡單,最吸睛的莫過於店內那幅白鶴圖案的西陣織,坐在遠處也能感受那股栩栩如生的立體感。午市提供名為Brunch fun的餐牌,客人可選燒鮮魚或串燒和牛大蝦定食,當中包括前菜、沙律、刺身、蒸物、燒物、甜品,感覺真的很繽紛。前菜有三款,包括鮮魚他他、炸豆腐鵝肝和魚肉凍。鮮魚他他是角切刺身,混了白身魚、魷魚和三文魚粒,入口魚香淡薄,蔥香反而更突出。魚肉凍的賣相實在跟貓罐頭很像,腦內不禁浮起老虎想吃罐罐的發狂樣,忍不住笑了出來。三文魚肉和紫蘇味意外地搭,不過可能是攪拌得不夠平均,形成紫蘇的味道一邊輕一邊重。本來對炸豆腐鵝肝很期待,不過看見薄薄的鵝肝深炸過後的乾巴巴模樣,便覺得很可惜,如果滑滑的豆腐配外脆內軟的鵝肝,應該會更出色吧。沙律有鮮竹荀配青瓜絲、蟹柳絲和蟹籽粒,份量頗多。蟹籽入口充滿爆珠感,竹荀同樣爽口,只是整體配搭欠缺一點驚喜感。令人眼前一亮的是刺身,油

令人眼前一亮的是刺身,油甘魚肥厚,目測可能有一寸,肉質不算結實但超鮮甜,令四月對白身魚有新感受。南非鮑魚size相對比較袖珍,一刀切成兩邊,肉質很厚,口感嫩腍之餘,能嚐到濃郁的鮑魚香,不說是刺身還真會誤以為是醃製過的哦。

海鮮湯的present方法很可愛,以為中段店員給我們一壺茶,原來是海鮮湯。茶壺內有雞肉、白果、帶子、魚肉卷,用料和味道都跟茶碗蒸很類似,活脫脫就是茶碗蒸的變奏。清澈的湯色入口帶鮮甜,加上幾滴青檸汁後,又是另一番風味。呷一碗,絕對有助洗淨味蕾,繼續愉快地享受用餐。

定食的主角是燒黃花魚,原條燒出來皮脆肉嫩,雖然肉質不算結實,但因為夠新鮮,入口超鮮甜。手臂長的一條,望着也覺得很滿足。不過,奉勸在熱騰騰的白煙消失前,把它吃完,否則冷掉了會變腥喇。

男友選擇手握壽司定食11件,四月瓜分了其中幾件,嘻嘻。吞拿魚卷充滿紫蘇香氣,個人很喜歡,但並非人人受得了。海膽壽司很飽滿,橘色漂亮之餘,形態粒粒分明,入口creamy鮮甜,飯團握得結實,可謂無可挑剔。三文魚腩同樣是四月最愛,油潤厚身,水準不錯。

除了在茶樓歎點心以外,很少可以用餐用那麼久。我們13:00來到,接近15:00才離開,很喜歡這兒客人不多,地方夠寬敞,可以寧靜舒服地享受午餐,感受週末應有的悠閒,值得一試哦。
