呢間米芝蓮拉麵店又出咗新嘅拉麵選擇!本身呢間舖頭已經喺日本連續拎咗好多年米芝蓮一星推介🫶🏻基本上味道都有保證❗️今次有別於啲常見嘅拉麵湯底!竟然係鵝肝雞湯同牛肝菌嘅口味~—————————————**牛肝菌醬油鵝肝雞湯拉麵 $148湯底以歷時7小時慢火燉製的雞濃湯配搭天然材料浸泡的魚清湯熬製而成~湯底又有魚湯又有雞湯🤤比想像中濃郁而唔油膩~加上佢哋嘅慢煮雞胸食落好有咬感❗️滑身仲要彈牙🥺🥺個人覺得係呢個拉麵最驚喜嘅部份🥰🥰哥哥有煎過嘅痕跡,表面脆身內裏入口即溶~而佢面底,雖然冇得揀軟硬粗幼~但係佢嘅面身都偏硬,係我鍾意嘅口感
