認識我的人都知道我喜歡吃拉麵,因為好吃的拉麵連湯也能一滴不漏的吃盡肚子裏。提到香港我比較喜歡的拉麵店,金色不如帰一向都在我三甲之內。還記得拉麵店初來香港,當年我還是飲食記者,就被它的貝汁吸引,不像豬骨湯、雞白湯般濃烈,反而是鮮甜!很有驚喜。來港多年,拉麵店有更多新口味,表現出創新的一面。最近更推出了牛肝菌醬油鵝肝雞湯拉麵。是次雞湯依然有店家的作風是清澈,但不同的是,它多了一層鵝油,鵝油是來自於烤得外脆內軟的鵝肝,湯頭更甘香。再配合牛肝菌的鮮味和鹹香,請問湯很惹味。縱使有新口味,但依然不得不推介其貝汁鹽味拉麵。店家每日以新鮮直送的大蜆熬製成蜆湯,再混合豚骨湯和清魚湯打造三重湯底,湯底帶海鮮的鹹和鮮甜,有海洋風的感覺。餐廳除了拉麵,還有很多的小食例如「叉燒飯」、沙律等等。而今次我就選擇了牛肚味噌煮,因為我喜歡鹹香味。牛肚掛滿了味噌汁,而蘿蔔也煮得很軟腍腍,整體很有香味。如果有一碗白飯就更好了。最後我在家配了一支氣泡烏龍茶,感覺很清新,也能去膩。 continue reading
