連續七屆榮獲日本全國天丼金賞,2010年在東京開設本店後, 瞬間爆紅,現在不止在日本,美國,台灣,甚至香港都有分店, 真係要去試試餐廳裝修簡潔,木枱木椅,侍應友善有禮,第一印像已經不錯打開menu,嘩!非常吸引,樣樣都想食見到期間限定的車海老軟殼蟹天丼 $168車海老,即日本對蝦,竹節蝦是也,清甜,肉質緊緻。 軟殼蟹,鮮甜又厚肉。炸得香脆好滋味。 還有小柱魷魚天婦羅餅,莢碗豆,海苔,溫泉蛋。全部都金黄香口江戶前天丼 $138一上枱呢真係無法抗拒,目測有30公分的大尾穴子,加上海老,小柱魷魚天婦羅餅,溫泉蛋,海苔,莢豌豆。 炸得金黃香脆。 穴子其實是星鰻,肉質比一般鰻魚纖細且脂肪較少,口感緊實原來呢度啲食材係日本產地新鮮漁獲,配上日本製的小麥粉,蛋製成的天婦羅麵炸漿,還用上日本製的胡麻油,不外傳的江戶時代丼飯醬汁,食落啖啖滋味真的停不了口,我們還多叫了個海苔天婦羅 $8,甘香卜卜脆每個天丼都配上麵豉湯,漬物, 還有餐廳免費提供的黑豆茶,唔係一般的綠茶或者煎茶,黑豆茶能夠抗衰老,消水腫,非常貼心餐廳叫做金子半之助,好似怪怪地,其實係孫仔金子真也紀念熱愛日本料理的爺爺,繼承他珍貴丼飯醬汁秘笈
