最近去沙田揾朋友見到新城市竟然都開左【甘味處鎌倉】,因爲朋友未食過、而我之前去日本食過覺得好特別又幾好食,所以今次就同埋佢一齊去試下啦。宇治金時刨冰:刨冰係用信州深層天然水整成,口感順滑無咩太大既冰粒感,加左宇治抹茶蜜、紅豆同白玉,味道唔會太甜、完全唔會有負擔,紅豆非常軟糯。天空焙茶蕨餅飲品:使用左著名靜岡縣生長既焙茶茶葉、味道濃厚回甘、但又唔會苦澀。下面加左黑糖蕨餅、同佢地既原味蕨餅唔同、甜甜地,同焙茶牛奶更加match。草莓乳酪蕨餅飲品:之前係日本仲未有呢款(只有草莓牛奶),所以今次試下乳酪版本、味道唔會太甜,有乳酪既酸甜味、而且非常濃郁。上面再加上一層鮮奶油,質感好滑好香。底部嘅草莓果肉酸酸甜甜、而蕨餅軟糯,令味道同口感更加豐富。鎌倉蕨餅(10個):佢地signature既蕨餅一定係必叫,每日新鮮當場整。有分5/10個裝。佢地既蕨餅同平時出面食既好唔同,非常軟軟糯糯、黃豆粉非常香。絕對要試下。
