❗️Get here earlier to avoid the long lines! We got here at 18:20 and had to wait almost 1.5 hours already!


✨ Here’s what we ordered:
1️⃣: 𝗦𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗨.𝗦 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝘂𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝗼𝗺𝗶 𝗨𝗱𝗼𝗻 / 美國安格斯牛肉煮烏冬 - $108 hkd 🥩
— Had to pick their signature miso soup base here and WOW was I impressed 😍 It’s created using their own Okazaki Hatcho miso, which has been fermented for over 3 years, and mixed in with Shinshu miso which has a richer umami profile to it. I was blown away by how rich the flavours were but not overly salty, the flavours were so well balanced and every bite was just so flavourful. The broth is on the thicker side, which allowed this to cling onto the noodles really well. The sliced Angus beef was nice and tender and soaked up all the flavours of the miso soup nicely too. The udon noodles were insanely chewy, and even after all that sizzling going on, they still retained their chewy texture.


2️⃣: 𝗔𝗴𝘂 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗼𝗺𝗶 𝗨𝗱𝗼𝗻 + 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗸𝗲 / 黑豚肉煮烏冬 加 年糕 - $98 + $15 hkd 🐷
— In comparison to the other bowl we ordered, the flavours in the dashi broth were a lot more mild and slightly sweeter. The agu pork was fragrant, and tender too. Personally thought the rice cake would’ve been a lot more flavourful if added into the miso broth!


3️⃣: 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 / 燒地雞手羽 - $48 hkd (not videoed but a MUST order!!) 🍗
— This was a recommended item and we saw everyone ordering this so we had to try it out! The marinade on these wings was insanely delicious, with a good balance of sweetness and savouriness, and a slight hint of spice to it to further elevate the flavours. They were grilled to perfection, with the skin being so crispy on the outside, and the meat was still so juicy on the inside. Definitely recommend ordering this!
