來自日本銀座嘅The CHOYA Ginza Bar,嚟到香港利舞台啦👏🏻喺全港首間日本梅酒專門Bar,一系列嘅CHOYA梅酒同cocktail,令我成晚都置身於梅酒嘅香氣入面😌呢度位置唔多,我好鍾意嗰種同朋友靜靜飲酒傾吓計嘅感覺❣️男朋友一向鍾意飲返2杯,所以今晚帶咗佢嚟輕鬆吓🤭原來CHOYA梅酒有好多款式,order咗1 set 「The CHOYA Flight」,一次過可以試5款梅酒,個人最鍾意「CHOYA Black」,用熟成1年嘅梅酒混合法國白蘭地,甜酸梅味配上白蘭地嘅香味,有一種好特別嘅芳香👏🏻其次就鍾意「CHOYA Aged 3 Years」,用100%嘅紀州南高梅陳釀3年,入口濃郁純厚,有甘甜嘅味道👍🏻嚟到梅酒專門店,當然要試吓由梅酒調製嘅cocktail🍸試咗4款分別係:有啖啖紫蘇味嘅「Takumi’s Margarita」、放入原粒梅冰嘅「The CHOYA Sonic」、超濃郁日本抺茶嘅「Green Earth」同埋加入煙燻點綴嘅「Bai En Ko」🍹個人推介比較易入口嘅「The CHOYA Sonic」,原粒CHOYA梅冰凍成梅冰,淨係見到製成品已經好滿足🩷而

除咗唔同嘅梅酒飲品,
呢度嘅食物都令我有意外驚喜🤤
所有食物都融合咗日本梅嘅味道,
尤其係「Baked Chicken with Tomato Ume Sauce」,
淡淡嘅梅酸味蕃茄炸雞食落極開胃;
其次係「Garlic Butter Ume Sauce Asparagus」,
脆嫩嘅蘆筍配上蒜香加梅調味,
有一種清新嘅感覺🍃
