To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上星期老細請食生日飯, 雖然唔係我生日, 但係身為秘書既我都叨左人光, 老細請埋我, . 有老細sponsor, 當然搵間好野吃下啦~ 醒起前果排收到傳單係公司附近開左間新既日本餐廳, 上網睇過feedback唔錯, 所以決定book枱試試, 反正都係果句老細比錢! 我地3人準時7時正去到餐廳, 由於book左枱既關係, 唔駛等!侍應小姐安排左我地坐係壽司吧附近, 講真餐廳面積唔算好大, 但勝在簡潔又唔會太迫陝, 餐桌全木製, 擺設都尚算雅致, overall 都幾有日本feel. 坐低無耐, 侍應小姐好快就沖左茶同遞上餐牌比我地, 經一輪相討後, 以下就係我老細發版點左既其中一部份菜式:1.壽司拼盤- 真係好鮮甜, 好juicy, 唔識形容, 總之好新鮮, 好好味! 可能坐近壽司吧, 睇住日本師傅好專心咁做食物, 好有風味!2.炸番薯 - 我最鍾意食炸物, 個人覺得炸得剛好, 唔會剩係食到炸生粉, 外皮很脆, 配埋甜甜的番薯, 超讚! 大家抱怨唔夠食, 老細吃少一件! 哈哈!3.鹽燒秋刀魚 - 其實平時我唔係好鍾意食秋刀魚, 但今次有驚喜喎! 熱熱的, 一送上枱已經聞到好香, 而且

侍應小姐安排左我地坐係壽司吧附近, 講真餐廳面積唔算好大, 但勝在簡潔又唔會太迫陝, 餐桌全木製, 擺設都尚算雅致, overall 都幾有日本feel.
