首先係前菜,師傅清晰介紹,而且仲同我地講食前菜時既步驟🫶🏻
汁煮花螺
花螺大大粒,食落口感仲好爽,而且螺肉味道鮮甜,配埋佢既汁一齊食幾清新同開胃🤤

海草莖
呢個海草莖比較少食,所以都幾特別,佢既海草莖好有咬口,而且佢裏面仲配咗啲魚乾,所以食落鹹鹹地,但整體嚟講都唔錯

蟹肉水雲
Omakase咁多種前菜,個人就最鍾意食水雲😆佢呢個係加咗蟹肉,蟹肉食落幾彈牙同爽口,而佢個水雲食落酸酸甜甜,非常開胃👍🏻

師傳首先安排比較淡味既壽司先,佢俾咗舊大大舊既帆立貝俾我地!帆立貝食落鮮甜,而且仲好厚肉添😋上面仲加咗啲青檸汁,所以味道更清新

左口魚壽司🍣
左口魚又叫平目魚,佢既魚味比帆立貝濃少少,食落幾加感。師傳仲係上面加咗啲牙蔥,牙蔥味道幾濃郁,同左口魚又幾夾😆

白蝦壽司しろえび 🍣
白甜壽司對比出面都係比較少見,白蝦味道甜甜地,食落仲粉粉地🦐上面仲加咗啲柚子皮絲,所以柚子味好香濃🤤

伊左目壽司🍣
伊左目魚身口感幾爽口,魚味更加突出。師傳係壽
司上面加咗醬汁同柚子胡椒,所以帶有微微辣味同柚子味😋

小池魚壽司顏色較為淺色,魚身望落好靚🤩少少醋 酸
小池魚咬落幾有口感,仲爽爽地。上面加咗啲茗荷(薑芽 ),所以壽司帶有微薑味,幾特別既配搭👍🏻

黑鱸壽司🍣
呢個黑爐壽司係輕輕燒過下,所以食個陣好香燒烤味。而且因為黑爐魚比較肥美,所以燒完更加帶出返魚既油脂感😋另外,師傳仲加咗經甜酒煮過既紫菜,係師傅特別調製既,所以係出面都係食唔到呢個配搭😆

又一件充滿幸福感既海膽壽司🤤海膽食落甜甜地幾creamy。師傳係上面加咗啲藻鹽,藻鹽帶有微微海水味既鹹味,更加可以帶出返海膽既鮮味🤩

呢個壽司加咗啲特製醬油係參考日本師傅做法,係專for吞拿魚既。上面加咗啲紫蘇葉同芝麻,經過網燒後,油脂感同味道都更突出👏🏻
