當中我最鍾意係海膽上面加咗岩鹽!個感覺好pure,冇平時點豉油嗰啲咁濃烈,但係有淡淡的鹹味,非常有驚喜,好正,而且海膽非常新鮮!一啲異味都冇!非常高質。

另一款炙燒魚生都好正,加上上面嗰個用甜酒煮過嘅類似紫菜嘅調味,非常有心思,完全帶到大拖羅嘅香味出嚟。

食完壽司真係感受到師傅嘅功架,好欣賞佢每次都會用心咁解釋食用方法同埋佢用咗乜嘢食材,增長知識。

花貝係我聽朋友介紹食,之前睇menu $680 價錢適中,絕對飽肚,我最鍾意刺身裡面金目鯛珍子,質地柔軟。☺️☺️☺️☺️壽司8 品每件都好精彩,鮫鰈魚、白見貝輕燒左幾下好味。而除左最常見既大托、赤海膽,當然獨特係有當左魚生。好欣賞赤鯥,油份高到似食緊油甘魚😊😊😊😊😊師傅好有心機解釋每一款魚生,仲見到佢一絲不苟準備食材態度,連聰和蘿蔔都係慢慢切好😀 😀😀😀😀有機會試下晚市😎😎😎😎
