好傳統既日本餐做法!午市晚市之間休息~我地踏完單車未到六點去係未開門架~所以係附近行個圈,六點再返黎~返黎已經坐左好多人啦!要黎既朋友記得預早book ! 未到6:30就已經坐滿人LU~好喜歡呢度!好有日本居酒屋既感覺!所以我都特意要坐係近廚房既檯!從拉麵碗同清酒中可以望到師傅既制作過程~先點菜!我要食拉麵~呢道有一嗚拉麵(豬骨濃湯)$72、黑蒜。嗚(豬骨濃湯配以自家製黑蒜油)$75、焰。嗚(秘製地獄醬豬骨湯底)$75、翠。嗚(清新菠菜醬混入豬骨湯底)$75和限定。嗚$88!我地擇左黑蒜。嗚 , 叉燒太麵(曲麵),普通硬度麵質,少細蔥聞落都好香黑蒜味,當然要先呷一啖混合了黑蒜和豬骨湯的湯底:不太咸不太重不太油膩,沒有味精,很好!碗內還有半隻半熟卵、兩片紫菜、幾片筍和叉燒。叉燒軟淰,肥瘦適中!燒雞泡魚乾$38 配美乃滋醬,好香口~燒日本甜蕃薯$24 平時放題必叫既甜蕃薯,呢度都好甜啊!炸原隻軟殼蟹$48 好有蟹味,炸粉唔太油淋淋!正!海鮮大阪燒$68 不算太大份,可過過口癮!好喜歡鰹魚同沙律醬既配搭~好有大阪風味~香蕉冰卷$18 好好食!望落去完全想像唔到係點樣,食落去⋯⋯ 好似西米糕既
