To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

坐地鐵見到薈景賣廣告，日本主題！喜歡日本菜的我當然立刻安排時間試試啦！(仲要有折！）第一輪當然吃壽司同刺身！有一些普通款，有些是自創卷物。刺身只有五款，不過象拔蚌大塊又好味！有幾款風乾牛肉同豬肉Cold dish冷盤有蟹腳！不過居然不是太好吃？之前在其他酒店吃過更有鮮味/蟹味的！冷盤還有龍蝦、蝦及螺，都不錯！每位顧客都可憑卷換一份磯燒鮑魚。要留意，最好味的居然是個清湯！！是十級甜的！再吃鮑魚下的蘿白，有驚為天人的感覺！ 因爲太好味，我和另一半不要臉的跟師傅要了一碗清湯+蘿白再慢慢品嚐！熱食沒有影相（忙著吃），都有西餐/中餐/印度區，下面的霸皇雞賣相滿分，不過味道偏淡。大家要記住趁有優惠時試一試！算是中上的自助餐！
