呢間野啱啱開張嘅時候好多人排隊,嗰陣一直都好想試但係咁多人排隊就不了。最近諗起呢間野,特登約朋友平日一齊食。餐牌上面款式選擇不多,咁有可能係餐廳為咗保持食物質素所以款式比較少。首先我哋叫咗個鰻魚肝,因為睇過食評有好多人都讚鰻魚肝好食。一小碟鰻魚肝份量唔算太多,有七至八個肝。鰻魚肝味道甘香,加上餐廳特製燒汁同埋姜蓉,更加突出到鰻魚肝嘅鮮味。嚟到呢度當然一定要食鰻魚飯,我同朋友叫咗一個燒鰻魚(魚尾)釜飯。雖然係魚尾部份,但係肉身厚,鰻魚好大塊,可以見到米係用珍珠米,珍珠米比較有咬口,會令到個飯更好食。呢個飯不論係鰻魚肉,燒汁,野菜,米飯,就同喺日本食到嘅鰻魚飯一樣👍🏽我哋仲叫咗個燒雞扒飯,燒雞扒同碗一樣大塊,米亦都係用珍珠米。雞扒肉厚身,有陣陣燒香味。我哋另外叫咗兩款小食,第一款黑松露醬燒玉子。厚燒玉子上面有少少沙律醬,玉子入邊混合左甜味雞湯,果然係日式燒玉子。第二款係雞翼,雞翼外脆內嫩,雖然係炸雞翼,但唔會太油亦都唔會太鹹。總括來講食物方面真係同喺日本食到嘅好似,服務員嘅質素都唔錯,例如會好貼心咁叫我地趁熱食魚肝。假如再經過,又或者平日得閒會再過嚟食。
