有時晚餐唔想食太多,見到呢間觀塘餃子店係用日本鹿兒島黑豚肉整嘅餃子,好似好吸引咁,而且都係$50左右一碗,抵試!餐廳其實係一間食品批發店,有6-7張枱,可以堂食餃子,即叫即煎,仲有一個位放咗美國prime牛,可以現買即煎,除咗餃子仲有其他選擇,價錢都唔貴,只係$100頭就有交易。叫咗一份雙拼水餃,一份薄皮雙拼煎餃,各有特色。水餃就比較清,有個員工行埋黎介紹食法:1. 先試咗原味 (唔加任何調味)2. 如果覺得唔夠味可以加 自家製辣椒醬 (有得買走)3. 如果想再濃味啲可以加埋餃子汁個人覺得其實淨餃已經夠味,辣椒醬偏韓式,有小小泡菜味,點咗味道幾特別。煎餃有肉味,食落唔油膩,可以揀厚皮定薄皮,唔錯。Overall: 隱世小店,如果鍾意食餃子,可以一試,價錢都唔貴,食完可以買走返屋企自己整。
