過來天后,怎能只吃一個地方而回?在食評得知,臨記重「臨」,太好了!可以一試,格仔餅,可以如何與眾不同。「老闆」非常友善,有禮。收錢找錢,也是雙手附奉,而且笑容誠懇。格仔餅,一看外表,面薄又脆,蛋漿芯,更是輕型軟滑!烘好的格仔餅,老闆以打圈形式,吱上花生醬、煉奶、蜜糖,很均勻佈在餅上。太好吃了,不甜又不滯。小事一宗:有街坊見臨記重開,對老闆說,「啊….原來開番,咁好食,無理由做唔到架?!呢個鋪位更好啦!鋪租怎樣怎樣……」老闆一直笑笑臉沒有回應。可見臨記絕對有捧場客!
