今日去上環做嘢,順道約朋友試下Enishi 新推嘅Travelling Sake Menu $588@一入餐廳,立刻被舒適的氛圍和日式風格所吸引。坐下後,店員向我們介紹了今天的menu。 第一杯SAKE是Enishi Junmai Ginjo Nagano,係餐廳自家品牌的清酒。入口濃郁的果香讓人愉悅,甜甜地滑入口中,令人難以抗拒。🔸刺身,SASHIMI。上面擺滿了新鮮的蝦和三文魚,淋上了柚子汁。刺身的口感鮮嫩,搭配柚子汁的酸甜味道,再加上脆卜卜嘅蝦片,刺激味蕾。 🔸唐揚雞塊,KARAGGE。醬汁是餐廳自家製作,甜甜的味道讓人上癮。雞塊炸得金黃酥脆,每一口都帶著濃郁的雞肉香氣,配上甜醬汁,口感更加豐富。 🔸餃子,GOYZA。這道餃子的皮很薄,咬下去時肉汁四溢,配上餐廳特製的辣醬汁,味道新穎又不失美味。Sake Agewa-Shinden的清酒,口感清新,柔和通透,微酸,帶有新鮮米香,與餃子的味道相得益彰。 🔸蕪茸菇天婦羅,MAITAKE TEMPURA。這道菜的外層輕薄香脆,不油膩,而蕪茸菇本身保持著濕潤的口感,味道一流。天婦羅本身已經調味,但可以加點檸汁,添上一絲清新的味道。 SAK
