雖然係疫情肆虐下好多舖頭都執咗,但係亦無損日本過江龍過嚟香港發展。偶爾行經大角咀,見到呢間日系石燒牛扒快餐,係好奇心驅使下就入咗去試吓啦。餐廳係採用自助形式點餐,可以跟着Menu選擇自己想食嘅部位同埋想食嘅gram數,全部即磅即切即燒,夠快夠熱夠新鮮。除咗淨食牛扒仲可以加$28轉成套餐,可以選擇加飯加麵豉湯同沙律菜仲有飲品添。我揀咗Premium嘅後腰三角肉200gram同加咗錢轉成套餐,有麵豉湯,沙律同埋一個飲品。餐廳仲好細心喺門口位置放置左即棄嘅圍裙,等你切牛扒嗰陣時唔使驚比啲油彈親而污糟件衫。餐枱上亦都付上玫瑰岩鹽同埋黑椒係你自己調配味道。一上菜就見到個三角肉切得好厚身,外面燒得好香脆仲有少少焦香味。一切落去真係粉紅色嘅medium rare,流出勁多肉汁!如果唔鍾意食太生嘅仲可以用石板嘅餘溫煎一煎佢。比起西冷牛扒我更加鍾意食後腰三角肉, 佢嘅肉質更加林同埋更加Juicy。隨餐奉上老闆自製嘅牛扒醬汁酸酸甜甜咁可以解膩。
