To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間咖啡店有日式榻榻米座位，打卡影相都好靚💜呢度有多款唔同嘅日西料理，咖啡仲有靚靚拉花☕️🌸我哋叫咗壽喜燒汁慢煮牛柳定食，呢個定食嘅慢煮牛柳，肉質好嫩好多汁。加$20可配柚子魷魚同埋味噌湯，讓整個定食更加豐富。另外叫咗和牛漢堡咖喱蛋包飯，呢款咖喱係比較稀身，咖喱香味唔會太辣。和牛漢堡夠厚身。喺飲品方面，可以試下山本山焙茶，焙茶有濃郁嘅香氣同埋滑順嘅口感，好適合茶迷。Pistachio Latte開心果拿鐵，喝落去有濃郁嘅咖啡香氣同開心果嘅味道，絕對係一個好好味嘅選擇😍
