▫️PHI COFFEE & PANCAKE (太古)太古太古城道14號耀星閣地下G1010號舖假日想在家附近找間cafe慢活一下，便決定到這家在太古的日系輕食咖啡店。餐廳走小清新路線，店內的裝潢以大地色的木材作為主調，簡約的設計非常日系。窗邊位置更有落地玻璃，滲進了柔和的日光，令整體的感覺更悠閑更慢活。餐廳主打空氣感十足的梳乎厘班戟，口味也有很多選擇，此外還有多款熱香餅、意粉、沙律等輕食。🍽️ 閃電赤肉蜜瓜梳乎厘($145)甜品的擺盤非常精緻，蜜瓜香甜多汁，梳乎厘非常鬆軟，蛋味豐富，空氣感十足，再配上蜜瓜蓉和雲呢拿雪糕，令梳乎厘更有層次！🍽️ 辣蕃茄蟹肉扁意粉($88)意粉軟硬度適中，蟹肉份量很多，與新鮮的蕃茄醬配合得宜，辣味令整個口感更豐富，如果喜歡吃辣的朋友一定不能錯過！
