連月來手傷未癒,本來已經放棄治療,近日友人介紹另一位跌打師傅給四月,所以連日來往返大圍,希望今次可以遇上有醫緣的人吧。前往醫館途中,總會經過一間叫粵軒的餐廳,午市的時候因為有蒸籠點心供應,所以例必人頭湧湧,職員送點心甚至端至店外,有夠誇張。基本上,客人都不用取票,只需站在門外等,老闆會記得人數和入座的先後次序,然後再親自安排。由於實在人太多,忙碌令店員顯得比較煩燥,我們也不敢幫襯。晚市的粵軒跟白天似乎是兩個世界,看完跌打,七時許來到只有幾檯客人。店內不時傳來廚房煮食的聲響,令人可以想像待會的菜式一定很夠鑊氣。晚市的店員顯得充滿笑容,來這兒的都以熟客為主,羊腩煲似乎很受客人歡迎,果然是不時不食,而我們只簡單點了幾個菜醫肚。先來的是滑蛋雞絲煎米粉,原以為是普通的輕輕煎炒,殊不知原來像雙面黃一樣變成硬硬的完整一片米餅。令人驚奇的,是米餅並非分開的兩片,而是像夾餅一樣裡面盛滿滑蛋、香蔥、雞絲和韮黃。雖然賣相有驚喜,但夾起來卻容易把餡料瀉下來,有點狼狽,味道亦不如賣相吸引,無論是米餅皮還是餡料都太淡,如果略加鹹味會更好。古法蒜香骨是大堆頭製作,$88一碟已經有十來件,份量很夠,而且師傅以炸過的紫
