今天去左中環食晩餐,朋友話有間日藉女廚師煮既西餐幾好食,為左揾食,我地由中環地鐵站一路行上山,其實都幾攰嫁,但為左有好西食,當然要用多d腳骨力啦。薩摩骨付雞腿季節嘢菜$198本身話無雞腿轉左用雞胸,點知呈上既時侯又轉又話有番雞腿,好彩我冇轉左食牛姐。雞腿大隻厚肉,食肉獸幾開心。雞肉既肉質好滑好嫩,熟得岩岩好,只係調味唔係太夠,而雞皮就好足味,所以一定要連皮食啦。白松露油自製薯蓉法包$78一大隻雞腿煮左好長時間,由於好肚餓,我地就叫左d side食住先。上台有鼓強勁既松露香,法包好薄切,薯蓉好滑好清,如果想飽肚d,就要配多d薯蓉食喇。

本身話無雞腿轉左用雞胸,點知呈上既時侯又轉又話有番雞腿,好彩我冇轉左食牛姐。
