同女友到土瓜灣舊區覓食,想食西餐故選擇了 Forkers。頭盤叫咗西班牙黑毛豬火腿36個月熟成前腿同48個月熟成後腿。個人覺得後腿好食啲,因為冇太多脂肪,熟成時間長啲,香味更加濃烈。另外叫咗個海鮮 starters 香煎北海道刺身帶子配回茴香洋蔥。帶子係 jumbo size,用平底鑊略煎,外邊香口內裏軟心嫩滑,已底部嘅洋蔥亦煎得焦糖香口。餐湯揀咗虎蝦濃湯同是日餐湯,虎蝦濃湯簡直係無得輸,湯底將所有嘅材料 blended 得很細滑,有好濃嘅香煎蝦殼味,虎蝦肉質亦保持結實。配菜有任食嘅沙律同香味薯條,但我哋只食了少許。主菜揀咗美國牛肩扒同西班牙橡果黑毛豬頸脊。落單時侍應忘記了問我哋牛扒要煎幾成熟,係一個敗筆,上枱時牛扒略嫌煎得比較熟,只有三兩件牛味比較濃郁。黑毛豬頸脊邊位煎得比較香口,冇多餘油脂。最後甜品同餐飲係普通嘅芝士蛋糕同咖啡同伯爵茶。
