To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

舊區內質素不俗的茶記☕️

中午時分想跟同事來個quick lunch，就揀選了這間位於土瓜環的一冰廳。雖然這是一間茶記，但食物質素較其他同類型餐廳高，員工服務亦算有禮殷勤。餐廳附近地盤和車房林立，所以午膳時間有不少打工仔光顧。餐廳內位子不多，幸好我們獲安排坐卡位，所以也算坐得舒適。常餐 （$43）常餐點了粟米忌廉湯通粉配咸牛肉，配多士煎雙蛋。忌廉湯非常有誠意，吃落很甜和濃郁，但又不會過鹹，令我不知不覺清碗😋厚多士也烘得香脆，配蛋一起吃剛好，不會過乾。黑椒汁牛肋條蛋包飯（$64）牛肋條份量很慷慨，黑椒汁很香，不會過鹹，連滑蛋一樣吃，十級滿足。

常餐 （$43）
