To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間位於土瓜灣嘅一冰廳,主打每日以新鮮粟米即磨嘅粟米忌廉湯湯底,唔知係唔係有太多媒體報導,所以等位嘅人數都唔少,但餐廳整體嘅安排同員工嘅工作態度就麻麻。雖然嚟食茶餐廳唔係追求酒店級嘅服務,但漏單同送錯餐嘅問題持續發生,咁唔知味道又點呢?等位嘅時候,以下係真實場景:食客A:2位,唔該。門口姐姐:哦……隔咗一陣……食客A:點解人哋有飛仔,我無嘅?門口姐姐:我以為你唔等囉!入到餐廳嘅時候,以下係真實場景:1. 餐廳啲位係極窄,而張枱又唔大張,雖然係疫情緩和期,不過由於人數太多,餐廳都安排搭枱。(唔係太大問題,我哋都體諒同接受安排。)2. 待應姐姐A:有無人叫咗炒蛋,係唔係你哋呀?(如是者,呢份炒蛋就遊走咗好多張枱,真係唔太衛生)3. 待應姐姐B將碗通粉放低之後,我哋就攞嚟影相,再用匙羹舀起,突然間,佢行返嚟,將碗通粉攞走,話係隔離枱!(我哋話我哋食過喇,最後佢先無拎去隔離枱)4. 而我哋另一份西煎雙蛋配厚多士就等咗20分鐘,明明見到遲過我哋嘅食客都有西煎雙蛋配厚多士。(但佢哋就等咗好耐碗通粉,而同我哋搭枱嘅食客亦等咗好耐炒蛋)希望啲嘢食好味啦!湯底標榜每日以新鮮粟米即磨,不含味精同麵粉,我哋當日2點嚟到,唔知係未真係人太多,溝咗水呢?個粟米忌廉湯嘅味道比較淡,但尚算杰身,午餐肉就大概有8-9粒。呢碗出前一丁好硬!不過,沙嗲肥牛好濃郁,加番唔少分。西煎雙蛋嘅蛋香味十足,隻蛋黃爆晒汁,唔錯。

星期六去開土瓜灣,咁就諗住食個午餐,Google下睇吓附近有咩餐廳,俾我search到呢間一冰廳!餐廳喺地鐵站行需要大約5分鐘,位置喺車房附近,門口望見入面地方吾大但坐滿人! 入到去坐低後叫左芝士咖哩蛋包飯配日式炸雞,咖喱汁係偏甜,而芝士汁就好滑身,炸雞都大舊,有4件,咬落有肉汁,炒蛋夠滑,另外跟餐杯凍奶茶都吾錯,值得推薦,下次過黎會試埋好多人叫嘅粟米忌廉湯火腿通粉!!!不過舖太細,坐得唔算舒服,會坐得靠貼,另外要留意營業時間較短,冇晚市,星期日休息, 想去就要留意營業時間!!!一冰廳地址: 土瓜灣長寧街53號地舖

之前看到很多人推薦一冰廳的鮮粟米忌廉湯火腿通粉,終於有時間來試他們的早餐了! 我們點了兩個早餐,分別是鮮粟米忌廉湯火腿通粉和沙嗲煎牛肉一丁。我們再加錢把厚多士轉成了奶油脆豬。 鮮粟米忌廉湯火腿通粉應該是這裡的招排菜了吧,據說是用了粟米罐頭湯再另加新鮮粟米加以調配,質感十分醇厚。湯底的確吃得出自家製的風味,但可能平常吃多了口味重的湯底,這個粟米湯底略為偏淡,如果喜歡吃清淡一點的人應該會很喜歡,我自己會喜歡再濃味一些。 而沙嗲牛肉麵也有驚喜,是濃濃沙茶味的沙嗲汁,我認為跟那些神級沙嗲牛肉麵屬同一戰區。牛肉也是柔軟不靭。 炒蛋看樣子就知道高水準,是那種半生熟剛剛好的熟度,非常滑溜。 說到奶油脆豬,吃起來是密度比較高的麵包,比起一般的奶油脆豬軟,一點點脆,上面塗抹一些煉乳,可是因為很厚實,所以也相對比較飽。
