To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金鐘呢間開咗幾十年嘅酒樓,屹立不倒,今日經過嚟試吓啲食物先。一試就知果然係傳統大眾化嘅味道,叫咗蘿蔔牛雜大大碗,叉燒腸味道唔錯但係啲皮就厚咗啲,蝦餃牛肉都好食;見到有傳統嘅西米布甸,下次可以試吓。要攞點心食物,就要自己行出去設置喺中間嘅食物檔排隊攞,攞住托盤問阿姐佢會俾你想要嘅點心,可以讓食客做吓運動,又可以慳返唔少人手,疫情之下都係一個好辦法👍。食物檔口仲有即刻煎嘅三色糕,即刻烹調嘅生滾粥,睇落都唔錯,兩個人埋單飲茶成為$250,抵食,地方又大又舒適,公眾假期10:30過嚟完全唔使搵位👍👍
