To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 如果喜歡吃月餅嘅朋友,當然白蓮容加埋咸蛋黃就係最傳統嘅選擇,但現時不同形式選擇及不同口味真係好難選擇,但老一輩就始終喜歡吃傳統口味,除了蓮容選擇外,就重有金腿五仁嘅選擇,今次就係食飯時見到佢做緊優惠,於是就買了盒金腿五仁月餅(優惠價)$228回家同家人一起分享,當然自己都較喜歡五仁嘅口味,而這盒金腿五仁嘅五仁就用上了欖仁, 瓜子仁、白芝麻、腰果、杏仁,材料十足,加埋切開已經見到啲五仁嘅份量同金腿差不多填滿了個月餅,入口時好有口感,而為你更可以吃到金腿嘅肉,月餅內嘅金腿已經撕成金腿絲混埋五仁一起,所以每一啖入口都可感受到金香嘅味道,一入口就即時感受到!加多杯茶,絕對係中秋賞月佳品,重要係太低甜同肥膩,對想吃又怕超標嘅朋友又多一個選擇!而且係香港製造,食得放心!
