提早慶祝父親節,屋企人揀咗呢間食飯。好耐之前已經食過呢一間,已經唔記得咗呢間有咩好食。大部份嘅餸都係屋企人叫。估唔到佢第一道餸就上咗肉絲炒麵先,已經俾佢打爆咗半個肚。個茨汁就打多咗少少,但個麵炸得幾乾身,雖然碟底都有好多油,好彩個麵炸得夠挺身啲油係滴落碟底,如果唔係個面嘅底部就成口油。冇特別留意到原來屋企人揀咗兩個骨,覺得加咗欖角醬嗰個係好食啲。個酥炸生蠔做得幾好,好怕呢啲脆漿粉好厚,但呢度個漿份做得幾薄,隻口仲好Juice。個焗魚腸就遜色咗少少,因為近排都有食過其他,有比較有傷害。另外個鮑魚花螺雞煲,你嘅時候用個Gas爐熱住上,嗰陣味都好正。鮑魚都好彈呀,食落似紐西蘭個款嘅鮑魚。花落熟咗啲雞煲汁超正,個雞都夠嫩滑。跟住個招牌炒飯就嚟,佢可能遇過石鍋有溫度,個飯炒得比較濕,因為份量比較多,不完幾碗之後鋪開啲飯再熱一熱佢,乾身咗仲好食。本來想加啲雞煲汁撈飯,但上檯後雞煲好快已經熄火,見到一層汁一層油就卻步咗。個牛柳粒就基本,唔算有驚喜。跟住食到九成飽最早點嗰半隻燒鵝先至到,店家話即燒,剛斬完上碟攤一攤再食,鵝肉係嫩滑嘅,但個鵝肉味唔係好出。整體成餐飯表現都係中上,但係衛生就要多加留意。
