To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

夏日炎炎，唔知想食咩既時候，最好就係去食米線。由於6點前已到，冇咩人所以唔洗等枱。我叫咗凍檸蜜，蒜泥白肉及米線（墨魚丸，豬潤及竹笙，配清湯）。我要的是檸蜜少冰，但黎到卻是檸蜜少甜，算啦，唯有硬接受。蒜泥白肉看似好多辣油，但食落一啲都唔辣，仲帶有勁多蒜泥，正！！米線分量足夠，個湯都頗湯，配料都好食。侍應服務態度都可以，上菜速度算快，不過餐廳唔夠冷氣，食食下會覺得幾熱，希望佢地會改善。
