To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 5月22日9:30今天小魔怪又參加定向賽,地點是青衣。先在這裡吃早餐,分別要了雞扒配火腿通、可樂和肉醬豉油王炒麵、齋啡。雞扒配火腿通:賣相ok,通粉夠新鮮熱辣,因小魔怪火速食完雞扒,但通粉因太熱要慢慢吃。肉醬豉油王炒麵:炒麵賣相可以,配上了紅蘿蔔、芽菜、和蔥段,幾搶眼,肉醬一小團,可惜麵條偏淋。齋啡:不過不失,有層cream浮面,起馬不像北角的"高品味",即磨意大利咖啡,熱墨水一杯。細觀店內客人裝束,應有不少像我父子兩的不速之客,有客等位,收銀有人龍。但無論水吧和大堂的店員,仍鬆容不迫和無怨言,抵讚^m^
