To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早收工之午餐醫肚

平時等位到爆又旺場，點餐要等很久才上。今天是閒日下午，應該沒那麼多人吧。見冇人等，入面又冇乜人，應該唔洗等咁耐！就這樣我就一支公進去了。今次點了咸蛋肉餅飯，配中湯。先是湯很快就到了，豬骨蘿蔔老火湯，入味！湯熱，慢慢飲。。飲完。。。等了又等。。。坐我對面的人換了一對情侶，情侶點的也到了。。。可是我的還未到啊。明明店舖非滿座啊。。看看錶已過了四個字，我連忙舉手問阿哥，阿哥望了我一眼就立即拿肉餅給我了。肉餅啊，等了你很久！是一貫家常小菜的味道，豬肉新鮮，不是外面茶記的雪藏味。野食係堅美味的，不過餐廳運作混亂。別要讓人等那麼久喔~
