To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然早上在家已經吃過三文治做早餐，但回到公司十點多又有D肚餓，想起公司旁邊的譚仔，好蛇出去食D熱嘢䁔下胃。進店見到簡約的制修，整潔，員工製服正齊，很有禮貎跟客人打招呼，重要是在員工對話中見到互相尊重和合作的團隊精神，相信管理層下了不少工夫。早餐可以很多佩搭，我選擇了最簡單的豬潤麵，湯頭混濁正表示豬潤是放在麵湯現煮，豬潤不是厚切，但恰到好處肉質柔軟鮮美，不過熟，不硬，最要命那幾條生薑，劃龍點睛，麵身軟而不淋，湯鮮美給我喝光，喝後不口渴。
