To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到出了新品叫「哈密瓜爵士湯米線」,還請來「九龍城寨之圍城」演「城寨四少」之一陳洛軍的林峯來加持,大鑼大鼓,提起了我的興趣。「爵士湯」的來頭,它是以響螺頭與蜜瓜入饌的湯,最早揚名於八十年代的「西苑酒家」,鄧肇堅爵士經常來喝此私房湯,材料還有以老雞、雞腳、花膠、沙參、玉竹等,顏色帶啡色,清甜味鮮,有滋補養顏食療作用,所以亦被命名為「爵士湯」,且口碑一傳十,十傳百。譚仔這系列叫「Taste The Rich」,是想像高檔食材以平民價發售?!價錢佢稱之為「輕奢價」,第一次聽這個名詞,有創意,哈!午餐來試試效果怎麼樣,「哈密瓜爵士湯米線」,輕奢價 HK$49 碗湯底顏色金黃,與碗的顏色差不多,餸菜有四塊螺片、三鍵燉排骨:先品嚐一下湯底,第一感覺是太鹹!細意品嚐味道,甜味有些假,嚐不到鮮味,始終湯底是一碗米線的靈魂,加上它以此作招徠啊。雖然我已事前將期望值降低,卻還是覺得怪怪地,也與「爵士湯」有一定巨大距離:螺片很大塊,是不是「真正」螺片不得而知,公道講作為譚仔米線的餸菜之一,合格的:口感軟熟帶些嚼勁,味道就是和湯底一樣:這幾片螺片是我唯一感覺到有些貴氣的地方,是否就是它形容的「輕奢」?反而燉排骨我覺得不錯,用上半肥瘦「一字排」,應該是分開煮的,肉軟入味:我個人喜愛這種排骨多過豬軟骨,骨肉分明,它骨頭也沒有那種令人討厭的豬躁味,亦吃不到雪藏味,整體處理得不錯:米線我就不評了,和正常普通吃的一樣,快快手一餐。整體來說,我覺得是雷聲大雨點小,一 試無妨。我還是幫襯返我吃開的酸菜三小辣湯底,才夠過癮及對胃口!

上網熱烈討論嘅譚仔下午茶餐牌,終於有機會可以一戰!去到睇完其實都唔係咁快明,因為佢上下兩part都仲有分唔同價錢😂但係阿姐已經極速咁企咗我隔離都等,所以我直接叫佢介紹阿姐叫我試吓個多士,因為係新出,佢覺得幾好食,係天真同冇時間選擇嘅情況下我相信咗佢玉桂焦糖多士 + 土匪雞翼2隻 + 麻辣豬耳 配 凍檸茶數量上覺得好豐富,但由於多士同雞翼得各2件,豬耳係迷你版,所以下午茶係岩岩好,唔會好飽。玉桂焦糖多士唔夠味,好似食緊一塊烘乾左既方包咁🥲比遮遮呃左。。定係今日落得唔夠料呢?叫下叫下都40幾蚊,其實同出邊下午茶差唔多價錢,但係譚仔嘅下午茶湯底就有限制,只限清湯如果一心諗住食米線,好似正正經經食返個普通叫法會開心啲。
