To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

葵興光輝圍源興燒味 － 某日約咗朋友去大連排影相，個朋友住開附近，話帶路介紹一家葵興早餐，講到非常出色。我真係好期待，畢竟香港早餐來來去去都係個幾味，真係想知有咩咁特別。一去到，嘩，勁大個紅色招牌，好難見唔到呢間野。雖然佢座落係舊區，但一間樓高兩層嘅食店，都咪話唔搶眼！搵到個位坐底馬上叫野食，聽朋友介紹，就叫個早晨全餐試吓。嘩，睇到個menu都知豐富，先來碗足料鮑片通，平時我唔太好湯麵都覺得出色，因為我食得出佢個湯有加忌廉做湯膽。之後就見戲玉出現，就係跟餐塊魚柳，嘩，咩事仲要大過我塊面，食落去外脆內嫩，仲配左腸蛋，真係大件夾抵食！個餐仲可以跟個奶油脆豬／薯餅／多士，我真係未見過早餐可以咁足料！而且係好食！我最後加多個奶油脆豬拎走！真心覺得好食過翠X！我食完之後真係lunch都冇食到。今次朋友真係冇介紹錯，我一定會再去！
