To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早餐不過不失

在一個晴朗的星期天，一家人到了士美非路街市源成興食早餐。這裡的早餐跟街外茶餐廳的差不多，約 22 元。我們點了兩份早餐：1) 牛奶麥皮 + 魚柳火腿蛋 + 熱檸水牛奶麥皮實在是一大亮點，初初上枱時一大盤顏色非常不好看，我也以為不好吃；但在吃一口後立即改觀，因為牛奶味勁重，而甜度亦剛剛好，麥皮亦煮得好'林'，總括非常好吃！魚柳煎的剛剛好，不會 over，魚柳切起來一絲絲的，魚味亦很濃，讚！火腿一般貨色，沒有太大驚喜；而蛋煎得很差，不脆邊之餘蛋黃亦爆了，有點失望。熱檸水不過不失，檸檬有3大片，足料！2) 奶油多士 + 熱茶走奶油多士總體來說奶+油都不夠，而且不夠熱，因此牛油不能立即溶掉，好像在吃剩多士一樣，算是失敗。
