To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 金記冰室，通常係外賣菠蘿包同蛋撻，未試過坐低食。今日坐早咗班車，見仲有時間就坐低食個早餐先。金記早餐同平時茶記一樣，都係賣港式早餐，唯獨早餐中有兩個set同其它茶記唔一樣，所以揀咗個試試。💎 招牌牛肉米粉配火腿炒蛋米粉中有牛肉，薑絲，葱同米粉，份量唔算多，食完唔算飽，牛肉中規中矩，但如果食港式早餐吃到悶的話，有其它選擇都幾好的，佢炒蛋份量算大。💎 仿鮑魚火腿通粉配煎蛋通粉中有仿鮑魚絲，火腿，通粉，火腿份量算，反而通粉份量不多，煮通粉嘅湯都算濃。
