To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 百分百餐廳近年在屋邨掘起,專攻大眾化路線,價錢及質素有一定保證,甚受歡迎,我食過好幾次,主要是星期六及日食早餐,每次都要拿籌等一陣才入得去。🍞漢堡炒蛋茄汁豆配多士🍞早餐保持標準水平,漢堡及炒蛋味道不錯,不會太咸或太淡,反而我想講是那塊多士是用蒜蓉烘的,有別其他餐廳以牛油烘製,所以特別的香口及惹味,另外,如果嫌未夠喉,加$5可配一碗火腿通粉,火腿通粉的湯底稍為咸了點,食到口中會 feel 到少少味精,減淡些會更好。
