To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本身大家樂早餐,我最中意就係呢個餐,佢就係午餐肉炒麵,係勁好食既。但係今日一打開個APP,就見到,咦個餐由炒麵變左炒米粉既,唔緊要試下佢,點知換來既只有失望。首先要讚下先,兩塊午餐肉仍然係厚切大大塊,煎得好香好好食。但係...個米粉就完全唔得,首先唔夠味,由圖中所見其實D色水都唔係好夠唔上味,其次就係米粉太硬,唔知係唔係浸唔夠就拎去炒,D米粉係硬架。所以好想大家樂可以變返個餐做炒麵呀。最後就叫左熱奶茶,正常發揮啦。
