To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近才發現土瓜灣,工聯會附近,想找一間有質素的食店吃早餐很困難,因為大多都沒有開門。那早餐是要食的,就找一間吃啦。已好耐未去過這類連鎖食店吃早餐,給我的感覺就是偏貴而質素沒有去到一般茶記水平。今次再食都是同一印象。其實都不太差,而且這間分店面積很大,早上客人不多,我一個人已經可以佔一個四人座位。休閒地慢慢嘆早餐,沒壓力。味道就很一般,扭紋通湯底很雞粉味,滑蛋份量少,雞扒看起來亦很細塊,不過都厚身的。這完都飽肚,又去開工了。
