To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上時間容許充裕,我一定不讓自己涯麵包,因中午忙得只能公司沖杯麵。早上唔知中午事, 食好d 對自己好d, 肉醬麵粉好味精沒多喝,大大碗也不講究, 追求吃飽而不是吃好。雞扒肥左d,但厚身真係食肉獸架天堂。 炒蛋我習慣夾麵包食, 今次直接吃, 因為麵包我又diy 起來, 自己食的自己做原則, 塗上牛油再灑上白糖,將佢加工成甜司士,更多滋味令人流口水,不得不讚一下自己的創意及手勢。
